Recipe from my friend @sueK who says this drink is “Seriously tropical, seriously cool.” Blend: * a frozen banana * half a cup of orange juice * half a cup of coconut water (on trend, in shops now in cans and boxes, and cheap too) Sip from your favorite glass with a party straw. Enjoy!

Mulled Apple Juice

This is spicy and delicious and the perfect accompaniment to a lovely chatty evening. * Simmer 1 litre apple juice with a few slices of orange peel, 1 cinnamon stick and 3 cloves for 5-10 mins. * Sweeten to taste with a little honey

Verjuice & Soda

Verjuice is unfermented cabernet sauvignon, used in cooking and dressings. Very yummy. * Pour a dash of verjuice (2 – 3 tablespoons) into your favourite wine glass * Top with soda water until you get a nice rose colour. * Sip, enjoy
