This mocktail is super delicious and good if you needed an ‘event’ drink for some sort of celebration or toast. The following ingredients list is for one serve so multiply by the number of drinks you need. Ingredients: 150 ml milk (cow, almond, soy or coconut) 1 tsp instant coffee granules 1tsp cocoa powder Small pinch […]

This drink is ridiculously simple but incredibly satisfying in a frosty/mocktail kind of a way. Ingredients (quantities are variable): 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces 1/4 cup lemon/lime juice 5 Ice cubes Water Method: Put all ingredients into a nutra bullet or blender and blitz until liquid. Enjoy!
This would make a delicious breakfast drink or afternoon tummy filler. I like my smoothies quite thick but if you’d rather have it runnier just add some water. Also, you can substitute the coconut/almond milk for any milk of your choice.
Mr D and I really enjoyed this drink! It feels like a healthy green juice but much lighter and more festive with the fizzy water element. It would definitely work as a special occasion drink especially if you were on a health-kick at the time. You can leave the rose water out if you don’t […]
I absolutely love this tea! The process of making it is as rewarding as the drinking of it. Play with the flavours according to your tastes (e.g. more ginger) and if you’re not in the mood for creamy and sweet then leave out the milk & honey and add another cup of water. Ingredients: 2 cups […]
