  1. “….let your sparkle replace your bubble…” whenever I would hear a great quote or saying I would often ‘doodle’ it and pin it up on the fridge.

  2. Writing it now … gratitude
No.1 my husband (for not leaving me)

It’s been a steady increase in drink intake since I lost my mum. It’s become a habit and it’s shameful what I can put away and not even appear to have been drinking.
Life has changed since kids etc – and I think I drink to numb the mundane and to remember who I was. I’m trying to get a grip on enjoying my kids and being present and not continually numbed.
Thank you all for being inspirational – tomorrow is day 1 xx

  4. If we could put how we felt in a bottle, after a drinking binge, and took it out, every time we were faced with the temptation to have ‘just one!’we would definitely remember, why we never want to drink again.

    1. Thanks @morgan – I loved that writing on the link you shared. .. I liked the “Just because you always have doesn’t mean you always have to” so simple, but so freeing.

  5. “Pursue not the outer entanglements; Dwell not in the inner void; Be serene in the oneness of things; And dualism vanishes by itself.”

  6. I would like to give you an assignment. Get a notebook and write a gratitude list. From the smallest things to the grandest, every thing you a grateful for today. Watch how it will change your day. The universe wants to use you today for great things… are you going to let it?
