This yummy looking recipe comes from @morgan. She has been raving about how delicious this smoothie drink is!
Ingredients:
Half a fresh pineapple or a small tin
5 thumb-sized pieces of fresh tumeric peeled and chopped
2 tbsp chia seeds (soaked overnight in water)
1-2 oranges (peeled)
Thumb sized piece of ginger peeled and chopped (optional)
1-2 cups coconut water (or milk of choice for a creameier smoothie)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Whizz until snooth.
