I spoke to a taxi driver in Auckland not long ago. He said it is common in his culture to drink tumeric for a lot of healthy reasons. Nice to see it in supermarkets now too.
We put fresh Tumeric in our smoothies, it’s meant to be a natural anti-inflammatory.
Can’t wait to try this! Bit J will have to, ax I’m out of turmeric. Looks yummy and versatile. Thanks!
